Log on to your Resident Portal and you will find a Messages tab. To submit a maintenance request click Contact Us and complete the form. Our team will automatically receive a notification.

Prime walkable off-campus housing is difficult to secure. Our experience tells us that it is best to secure an apartment first and look for a roommate second. Over the course of the rental season we receive lots of inquiries from individuals in that situation. So get in touch with us and we'll be happy to put you in contact with other folks who are seeking a housemate.
Once we have processed your application and your lease has been executed, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to sign up for the Resident Portal
(through our Buildium property management software). Once you create your own password, it's easy, click on the Resident Portal
link on our Resident
drop down menu.
If you have not already received a password and instructions, please point your web browser to our home page at https://vandyhousing.managebuilding.com/Resident/apps/tenant/login
- Enter the email address you have on file with us into the Resident Sign In box
- Click on “Forgot your password? Request a new one”
- Enter your email address and then wait for a welcome email containing your temporary password
